What a wonderful stay! We originally had 2 rooms booked for us and our 2 children. Upon arrival the wonderful Shai offered us to upgrade to a suite and how wonderful it was! We were on the 12th floor with an outdoor jacuzzi which we enjoyed for hours every day! The view was spectacular. Hotel is in a great location, right across from the Wow show and the boardwalk. Food in the hotel was abundant and lots of variety. Service was top notch although the dining room was often very busy. Nightly music entertainment was provided. Rooms were clean with the most comfortable beds!! We had robes and slippers provided and had the most wonderful holiday. Would definitely go back! Thanks again to Shai and his wonderful team at reception

Really liked it, very grand public areas, with a pool overlooking the beach, plus a baby pool plus a larger slightly deeper toddler pool. the food was amazing. We were upgraded to a very large sea view room with a balcony. good location on the promenade. they do need to change the curtains as it's a struggle to open them.

The hotel is absolutely stunning and right in the city center, making everything so convenient. The architecture and the lobby in the evening are simply magical, and from the very first moment the staff at the entrance made us feel so welcome. A special thanks to Ayelet, the hotel manager, whose kindness and hospitality made our stay unforgettable. Breakfasts were fantastic, the live music in the evenings was lovely, and overall we left with the best impressions. What could be improved: The spa is quite small and the jacuzzi was turned off during our stay, but it didn’t spoil the experience. Overall, it was a truly wonderful stay full of comfort, charm, and unforgettable moments. We felt looked after at every step, and the hotel really made our trip extra special.

Although it is a huge hotel with thousands of guests, it is surprisingly calm and clean. The Amenities seem to be good. I only used the gym which is a small room in the basement and very basic and a little run down, but it did its job. Generally the Service is on a very high and friendly level. Even in the overcrowded Restaurant the staff manages to be attentive and swift and helpful. Personally for me the highlight was also the Executive Lounge where I could work without interruption as was provided the best and friendliest service by the staff, at my visits it was (Abel) Hakim who did everything to make us feel welcome.
